President Message
For more than two years, the world has been affected by COVID-19 pandemic. Everyone in Singapore
has been affected by the pandemic too. The government introduces effective measures and Singapore became more COVID-19 resilient. “Living with COVID-19” policies implemented by the government, the restrictions have relaxed. Everyone in Singapore can now live a normal life just like before.
In early 2022 we co-organised an Exhibition with Federation of Arts Society Singapore: “FASS Year of Tiger Western Art Painting Exhibition”. More than 40 famous artists from various art societies including 20 of our members were being invited to participate in the exhibition. I thank STAS committee members and our teacher artists for their active support and participation. With their beautiful painting and creative work, it catches many viewers’ attention in the exhibition.
For STAS Annual Exhibition “Aspirations 2022”, we have 25 teacher artists participating. They had presented their best paintings in the exhibition. I believe their outstanding artwork will attract many viewer’s eyes.
I thank the members for their cooperation and participation in the exhibition and our committee members for their hard work and efforts in making the exhibition a success.
